LICENCE AGREEMENT
The purchase of this CD-ROM grants you a license to use the software and data for
your personal genealogical and family history research only
You may not make any copies of the software or data. You may print, photocopy,
or download portions of data for *your private research and study only*. You may not
advertise or give free lookups from the contents of this CD
You may not publish or sell any portion of the software or data, in printed,
electronic, or any other format, without the written consent of the publisher.
You may not loan, rent, sublicense, or transfer the software or data, except to give
this entire package to another party, in which case you may not keep any copies of
the software or data for your own use.
You may not de-compile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or in any way modify
the software or data code or merge either into another program.
Licensor makes no warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and specifically
no warranties or representations are made with respect to the accuracy
or completeness of the data.
Please select carefully as CDs may not be returned unless faulty.
Each CD has its own Registration Number and this number along with the details of the
buyer are retained by the seller.
